"Slow down and everything you are chasing will come around and catch you."

As John De Paola said

My name is Ksenia and I am based in the Zürich region, Switzerland.

I am a solutions-focused coach

and a curiosity-driven trainer, certified by the International Coaching Federation and accredited by Erickson Coaching International. Ultimately, I am here to help you find a way to thrive without losing your peace of mind.

But before I found a sense of balance myself,

I lived under constant pressure to prove my worth at every turn, to always deliver flawless results, and to show off my achievements just to be accepted - I had a typical career in the financial industry.

And surprise, surprise, I ended up burned out

a couple of years back. This forced pause and long recovery made me realize: I was so busy hustling that I hadn't even noticed I was running in the wrong direction. Now I know that sustainable success grows from the moments we allow ourselves to stop, breathe, and look at our lives with open-minded curiosity.

Everything on BriefMoment is the result

of my countless coaching hours and corporate training sessions, the beautiful breakthroughs I’ve witnessed when people finally give themselves permission to slow down, as well as my own journey from the noise of the world to the quiet strength within me.

BriefMoment is not a typical snail mail club

and I am not an artist to fill your mailbox with pretty stationery or incredible art. I am a professional coach and BriefMoment is your self-coaching session that you can have and revisit anytime.
